A recent analysis of 10 studies showed that taking cinnamon supplements improved fasting blood glucose in people with diabetes. Here is a link to an article commenting on the study. I find that people appreciate incorporating these natural remedies into their treatment for chronic diseases. Another natural strategy I recommend to my patients is increasing their cherry intake to decrease their frequency of gout attacks.
